In 2016, a small group of art students in southern Oregon, USA established Ozone out of sheer desperation.  Living in a rural town hostile to young creators necessitated a platform designated specifically for disenfranchised and emerging artists working in an assortment of media.

 

Ozone is committed to highlighting and supporting contemporary artists, musicians, writers, and other under-recognized creators.  Today, the web journal stands as southern Oregon’s leading independent digital publication for arts and culture, focusing on up-and-coming artists both locally and nationally.
